Appointment Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract)
We are currently accepting applications for an Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Team for a 1 year maternity leave contract beginning mid-September. Responsibilities will include answering and coordinating all incoming service telephone calls, booking customer appointments, conducting customer reminder and follow-up calls, liaising and assisting the advisor and valet teams, and promoting exceptional customer experience for our BMW customers. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated individual who is focused on customer satisfaction. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment is a must. Previous call centre and / or reception experience is required. Strong computer proficiency, organization skills, and exceptional telephone communication skills are required.
